Pharmacy logistics

In the IPAM’s definition, pharmacy logistics includes the entire pathway of a medication from purchase by the pharmacy to the sale or final delivery to the customer, whichever takes place last. The projects of the IPAM include the optimization of; storage processes at the pharmacy, marketing, and purchasing strategies. In these projects, the IPAM cooperates very closely with pharmaceutical wholesalers and purveyors of inventory management systems.
