THE AIMS

The IPAM has the purpose of furthering, in close co-operation with partners drawn from commerce and industry, as well as the State, economic research into medications, which is to be conducted at any level of the value chain. The scientific results of work with such partners are to be publicized, allowing IPAM to play an active role in public discussion concerning the frameworks in which the pharmaceutical industry operates, and in specific medication debates. By holding regular functions, IPAM aims to promote the exchange of ideas between manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, wholesalers, pharmacies, medical practitioners and hospitals, as well as the research community, on questions of pharmacoeconomics and medication logistics.
